My first stop was Sierra Trading Post in Exton, PA. It’s my favorite store and did not disappoint. Some good buys to be had including my favorite Fjallraven pants and an electric sparky lighter.
Next up was Killens Pond State Park in Fenton, De. The weather was predicted to be a full day of rain and wasn’t I surprised to find a beautiful 81 degree day! My site was a quiet spot overlooking the pond.
I rode my ebike on the hiking trails around the park and pond and loved the sandy, no-rock surface. After dinner and a shower I read in my hammock until 930pm when the rain storm hit.
The dam was an unusual round shape.
