Monday May 19th.
Cory and I went across the Minnesota border to Upper Hixon Forest Trails in La Cross, Wisconsin to ride some singletrack.
The biking was hilly, technical and challenging and that was the GREEN trails! We had a safe fun ride with zero crashes. I was very happy with my ebike for all the up hills.
Back at the campground in Minnesota I tried out my new personal size popcorn popper.
It’s small, about fist size and you attach it to a stick to cook over a campfire. It holds about 2 Tablespoons of un popped kernels and works great!
