With no plans but to pack up and leave we slept in until 11am! Then we started the trip east.
We booked a site through Hipcamp and stayed in Palmyra Wisconsin in a field. Nothing fancy, including the “bathroom” which was a tent with a handicap toilet over a bucket with a shovel. Ewe
It was quiet with lots of wildlife including birds and turkey. As we sat around the campfire at dusk a white dog ran by. On closer inspection it was a DEER!! Truely a fantastic experience. (Sorry the photo is blurry)
