Woke up to a beautiful day and went exploring by bike. The carriage trails and loop road went right thru the campground. The trails had a lot of mushrooms on the sides.
It was once again a great way to see the park by biking the 8 mile loop that was two lanes on a one-way road that was not crowded.
I stopped at Schoodic head which was a big outcropping of rocks. I rode up to Schoodic mt which was lame and not worth it as not much of a view. I also hiked the Sundew trail in the Schoodic Research area that was really hard to find the trailhead but a much nicer view.
It was a long day with hiking and biking over 30 miles so when I got back to camp I was too lazy too cook dinner so I ate a bag of cookies.
I was afraid I was going to miss a beautiful sunset so I drove to Schoodic Point even though I was super tired(and full of cookies).
It was worth it!
